Farm to Tincture
Our journey begins in the heart of Karnataka, where our mushrooms are carefully cultivated under optimal conditions at Nuvedo’s farm. Harvested at peak potency, they undergo a meticulous dual-extraction process to ensure maximum bioavailability. Through precision drying, grinding, and purification, we craft a tincture that delivers the full power of functional mushrooms—pure, potent, and ready to fuel your well-being.

Sourcing & Cultivation
Our mushrooms are grown in Bangalore, Karnataka, by our partner Nuvedo, using organic and regenerative farming methods.
They thrive on hardwood sawdust, paddy straw, and enriched substrates, ensuring a full spectrum of active compounds.
The farm maintains precise humidity, temperature, and CO₂ levels, with filtered spring water used for irrigation.

Harvesting
Mushrooms are hand-harvested at peak maturity, ensuring maximum bioavailability of beneficial compounds.
Each batch is visually inspected and moisture-tested to confirm quality before processing.
Freshly picked mushrooms are immediately moved to drying chambers to prevent oxidation and nutrient loss.

Drying & Grinding
Mushrooms are air-dried at low temperatures (below 45°C) to preserve delicate bioactive compounds.
Once dried, they are finely ground into a uniform powder for better extraction efficiency.
This powder is sieved to remove coarse particles, ensuring a smooth, high-surface-area blend.

Dual Extraction Process (Hot Water & Alcohol)
Hot water extraction (90°C-95°C, 2-3 hours) breaks down tough chitin cell walls to release water-soluble compounds like beta-glucans and polysaccharides.
Alcohol extraction (30-40% ethanol, 2-4 weeks) pulls out triterpenes and adaptogenic compounds that are not water-soluble.
The two extracts are combined in precise ratios, creating a full-spectrum tincture with both water- and alcohol-soluble benefits.

Filtration & Purification
The extract is triple-filtered to remove any remaining plant matter, leaving only bioactive compounds.
A final ethanol evaporation process ensures that alcohol content is optimized for stability and potency.
Every batch is lab-tested for purity, potency, and safety, ensuring no contaminants or unwanted residues.

Bottling & Packaging
The final tincture is bottled in UV-protective amber glass to preserve its integrity.
Each bottle is precisely measured and labeled, ensuring accurate dosage information.
The packaged tinctures are batch-coded and stored in temperature-controlled conditions, ready for shipment.
